About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to fill a Customer Advocate position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and providing timely and effective solutions to any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution
  • Ensuring customer information is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system
  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer orders, issues, and concerns
  • Escalating complex issues to senior advocates or management as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-tech industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Oracle and Salesforce software
