Job Title: Facilities Team Lead

This is a senior-level position responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of a facilities team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the facilities team, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and activities.
  • Supervise and lead the facilities team to ensure high-quality service delivery and achievement of departmental goals.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement procedures and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training programs and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, facilities management)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
