Senior Business Partner - Process Excellence

This strategic role leads process improvements for key teams in Ireland, focusing on payroll delivery and Employee Relations case management. As the European lead for Internal Recruitment Processes, regulatory compliance is ensured and manual contract generation supported where required.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead process enhancements for business units in Ireland
  • Manage Employee Relations cases, including Disciplinary, Capability & Grievance, and Workforce Change programs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and support contract generation as needed
  • Provide guidance on Reward decisions and support Performance Development communications across Europe
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Employee Relations Case Handling
  • Workforce Change / Restructuring background
  • Regulatory expertise
  • Stakeholder Management skills, engaging confidently with senior leaders
