Talent Acquisitions Specialist

Play a key role in driving business growth by finding exceptional talent. Partner with recruiters to develop creative strategies for engaging passive candidates.
You will be the first point of contact for new candidates, identifying great candidates and telling our story.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for complex positions using various sources.
- Amplify job openings internally and work with employees to find hidden talent in their networks.
- Implement strategic sourcing plans, tracking progress for stakeholders.
- Use research to creatively find talent that might stay off the radar, including diverse talent.
- Map out the talent market, keeping a pulse on talent flow, attrition, and employment trends.
- Specialize in event/project management, messaging analysis, creative prospecting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Established recruiter or sourcer with 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
- High sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Tenacious and passionate about sourcing and engaging candidates.
- Ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple roles.
- Proven track record of engaging talent through tools, turning passive prospects into candidates.
- Creative, innovative, intellectually curious, and results-driven.
