Landowner Liaison is a critical role within our organization, requiring a highly skilled professional to build and maintain relationships with landowners affected by infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation.
Job DescriptionThe Landowner Liaison will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with landowners to ensure effective project delivery
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all landowner queries and concerns
- Negotiating property-based agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for all stakeholders
- Overseeing all landowner liaison activities to ensure interactions and communications align with project objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 7 years' experience in stakeholder and communications management
- 5+ years' experience conducting landowner liaison activities across the project lifecycle
- Proven expertise in land and property acquisition processes, compulsory purchase law, and statutory planning systems
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
