Job Overview

\

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery from internal teams and external vendors.

\

The Critical Incident Manager will oversee key ITIL processes, lead medium-sized projects, provide technical consultation, and act as a liaison between business units and IT.

\

The ideal candidate will have strong ITIL expertise, excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and proven project delivery and service management experience.

\Key Responsibilities\
  • Service Delivery: Ensure operational readiness during service changes, review service performance, and resolve delivery issues.
  • Supplier Management: Build strong supplier relationships and drive service improvements.
  • Project Leadership: Lead planning with internal teams and external providers, manage change implementation, and ITIL process adherence.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and train junior staff.
\Requirements\
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in IT with strong ITIL expertise.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proven project delivery and service management experience.
  • Technically proficient and able to explain complex issues clearly.
  • Familiar with Agile/Lean principles and change management.
  • Proactive, flexible, and passionate about service improvement.
  • Able to manage sensitive information and work under pressure.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
