Job Summary

A seasoned leader is required to spearhead cross-functional teams in delivering intricate electronic products from inception through to mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and coordinate engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams using structured project management best practices including planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with established project gate review frameworks.
  • Manage communication across internal departments and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Oversee scope, schedule, and cost changes using formal change control processes efficiently.
  • Guarantee adherence to relevant safety and regulatory standards at all times.
  • Contribute to process improvements in project delivery consistently.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably in electronic product development.
  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology.
  • Formal project management certification (PMP preferred, Prince2 or equivalent considered).
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects using structured methodologies successfully.
  • Familiarity with Electronic hardware design/Embedded software/Mechanical product design principles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as life safety, medical, and industrial controls.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems is advantageous.
