Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electronics Development Project Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of multiple product development projects.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electronic hardware development, embedded firmware, mechanical design, cloud data communications protocols, and test lab validation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on-time and within scope.
  • Apply structured project management practices including planning, scheduling, risk management, issue tracking, resource allocation, and budget control.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering teams and internal manufacturing partners.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards relevant to life safety products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a project management role, ideally in electronics product development.
  • 3rd level qualification (Bachelors degree or higher) in Engineering, Science, or Technology discipline.
  • Formal project management qualification (e.g. PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable.
