Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex electronic products from concept through to production.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in electronic product development, and be able to apply structured methodologies and stage-gate processes to manage schedules, risks, budgets, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Apply structured project management practices including planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, and budget control to drive project success.
  • Drive compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Manage communication across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Oversee scope, schedule, and cost changes using formal change control processes to minimize impact on the project.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably in electronic product development.
  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology.
  • Formal project management certification (PMP preferred, Prince2 or equivalent considered).
  • Experience delivering cross-functional projects using structured methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Electronic hardware design/Embedded software/Mechanical product design.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (life safety, medical, industrial controls).
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
