About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join our in-house legal team. The role offers broad exposure across real estate, energy, corporate, and M&A transactions.

You will play a key role in supporting our operations, from title due diligence and corporate transactions to contract review, data room management, and engagement with external counsel.

What We're Looking For
  • An experienced Legal Executive with 3–7 years experience, ideally gained in energy, real estate, or corporate transactions
  • Skilled in reviewing title, preparing land agreements, supporting due diligence, and assisting with funding and M&A processes
  • Familiar with virtual data room platforms and comfortable managing documentation for large-scale transactions
  • Highly organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and adaptable team player, able to manage competing priorities and engage positively with colleagues, external counsel, and project teams
