Food Service Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Food Service Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality in all aspects of your work.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of ingredients and menus, and to develop your skills and knowledge in a hands-on operations position.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work under pressure whilst also producing high-quality cuisine. You will need to be confident working on your own initiative and as part of a successful team, and have excellent communication skills.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar establishment is essential, along with previous experience in a kitchen as a kitchen porter or chef. You should have excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage product and operations, and be fluent in English. A second language is an advantage. Finally, you must have full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU.

Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in a similar establishment.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen as a kitchen porter or chef.

  • Fluent in English, second language an advantage.
  • Full permission or valid visa to work in the EU.
