Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist

This is a dynamic role that requires a strategic thinker with expertise in compensation and benefits administration. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role in driving initiatives that positively impact our restaurant teams, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in HR or Total Rewards is highly desirable, and proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support company-operated restaurants to ensure a positive employee experience and full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.">
  • Administer benefits for designated employee groups, including eligibility and enrollment processing, premium deductions, and vendor file audits.">
  • Calculate and communicate results for the incentive program, evaluate minimum wage requirements, and request adjustments as needed.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve efficiency through solution design and testing to automate processing of key benefits and compensation programs.">
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing employee compensation communications, benefit events, and paid time off plan adjustments.">
  • Evaluate and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.">

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.">
