  • Key Responsibilities:

Optimize user acquisition funnels: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance the digital journey from awareness to conversion.

Enhance product usability and experience: Champion user-centered design principles to ensure our products' digital interfaces are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable.

Drive feature adoption: Design and implement strategies to encourage users to discover and utilize new and existing features that contribute to growth.

">

Personalization: Explore and implement personalized digital experiences to cater to different user segments and their specific needs.

">

Define key performance indicators (KPIs): Establish measurable KPIs for digital product initiatives related to growth.

">

Utilize analytics: Leverage data analytics tools to monitor product usage, user behavior, and the effectiveness of digital growth strategies.

">

Required Education:

">

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Technical Expertise:

">

3-7 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on digital products, SaaS, or enterprise software.

">

Demonstrated experience with growth hacking methodologies and A/B testing to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.

">

Experience with database technologies or data platforms is advantageous.

">

Proven track record of driving product growth, user acquisition, and retention through digital strategies.
