We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in a Senior Staff IC Characterization Engineer role.

This position involves leading the development of advanced characterization strategies for integrated circuits, covering both Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and bench-level environments.

  • Develop comprehensive silicon characterization plans, ensuring high levels of data discipline and quality of results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and test engineering, to analyze circuit behavior and identify root causes of issues.
  • Design and implement dedicated hardware to support IC characterization steps, automating lab-based and ATE-based characterization processes.
  • Track and report project progress against key milestones, fostering a culture of collaboration and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: PhD, post-graduate or degree qualification in Electronic Engineering or similar field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, with 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Skills: Expertise in User Experience, Product Design, and Product Management; experience with full-product characterization and ATE test flows, power conversion, embedded systems, and flexible environments.
