We are seeking a seasoned Programme Manager – Business Transformation to join our Customer Service Department.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of customer service as we prepare to expand to over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests annually within the next decade.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Transformation and lead a team of system experts and business analysts.

  • ">
  • Manage projects and track activities performed by the transformation and digital design team.">
  • Design systems, innovate, optimize systems, develop MIS/BI reporting, and provide business insights. Automate CS tasks and implement an AI-powered telephony platform to reduce reliance on contact center agents.">
  • Collaborate with Labs and Digital teams to develop a product development roadmap covering internal processes and external customer support demands.">
  • Hire and develop team members with necessary skills to ensure continued delivery of best-in-class technology solutions.">
  • Work with innovative partners to deliver optimal outcomes in terms of cost and functionality using agile methodologies.">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 3 years of experience in leading operations or business transformation. You should have a strong understanding of developing a business case, experience leading multiple multidisciplinary teams, and a proven track record in project management and delivering results.
