Key to Success in Building Projects: A Dedicated 3D Modeling Expert.
We are seeking a highly skilled 3D modeling expert to join our team. As a key member of the design and construction team, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects using Autodesk Revit software.
About the Role:
- Develop accurate and detailed 3D models and 2D construction drawings for engineering projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of structural, MEP, and architectural elements.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between building systems using BIM processes.
- Manage and update construction documentation, including schedules, technical specifications, and material quantities.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project timelines are met and BIM standards are adhered to.
- Ensure models comply with local building regulations, industry standards, and project-specific requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM knowledge.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and building systems.
- Degree or diploma in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in modeling and engineering projects.
- Familiarity with building codes and industry regulations.
