Job Title: Product Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our product development efforts. This is a key role in shaping the future of our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the launch of new product innovations, requiring strong technical engineering capabilities, client-facing expertise, and commercial experience.

  • 5+ years' experience in a product manager-related role, preferably with Single-Use technologies within the Biopharma sector.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
  • Results-oriented with a diverse skill set, including problem-solving attributes and competencies.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will drive innovation in the biopharma industry while collaborating across engineering, marketing, and production teams.

  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement product and business planning, ensuring market alignment.
  • Market Analysis: Study customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings for differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive efforts across multiple departments for product development and production timelines.
Additional Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will also be responsible for overall responsibility for sales & targets for Single Use Portfolio, leading generation, proposals preparation and conversion, cost management / P&L responsibility, materials management (setting of stock limits), liaison with Marketing to assist in lead generation.
