Our Environment and Planning Unit seeks a senior associate/associate to join our Dispute Resolution Department. Our team is highly regarded as a market leader, consistently ranked as a top practice by leading legal directories.

This role suits a proactive lawyer who wishes to have genuine responsibility for interacting directly with clients, assisting with complex advice, and working on high-stakes litigation in the planning and environmental sphere.

We require:

  • a strong academic background
  • 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, including significant involvement in environment and planning matters
  • strong technical and drafting skills, with attention to detail
  • commercial acumen
  • excellent organisational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • strong communication skills
  • a strong work ethic, flexible approach to work, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
