Job Title: Training Support Specialist

Job Description:

The role of a Training Support Specialist is pivotal in the development and implementation of training content. Key responsibilities include maintaining the Corporate Training Management System, supporting the design and management of training materials, curricula, and learning plans.

This position involves coordinating and implementing learning solutions across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business training needs, troubleshooting potential problems, reviewing key gaps/metrics, and coordinating gap closure.

  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintaining corporate training systems and providing support in the creation, coordination, and implementation of learning solutions.
  • Assisting in the creation and management of training documents in accordance with established site procedures.
  • Managing various tasks such as curriculum creation, item definition, risk assessments, content creation, learning plans, qualification plans, and individual training history maintenance.

Additional duties include producing reports from the Learning Management System, ensuring training compliance, and supporting training qualification compliance management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years to 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Med Device industry, proficiency in MS Office applications and training development, familiarity with cGMPs requirements, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle/prioritise multiple projects and requests.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this role. Additionally, effective communication and teamwork skills are required to work collaboratively with other departments.
