
Training Content Developer

The Training Support Specialist is responsible for providing support in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of training content, systems, and providing training support associated with governance of the Training system.
The role involves supporting activities in creation, coordination, and implementation of learning solutions across the business area.
Description of Duties:
- Support the continued set up and roll out of the Corporate Training Management System
- Support activities in design, development and management of training materials, curricula, and learning plans
- Assist in creation and management of training documents in accordance with site SOP
- Manage curriculum creation, curriculum item definition, risk assessments, content creation, learning plans, qualification plans, and individual training history maintenance
- Produce reports from Learning Management System
- Ensure training compliance and support training qualification compliance management
- Provide general assistance with scheduling and organizing of training courses
- Ensure training documentation requirements are included in functional or training schedules
- Guide teams on usage of Training Tools and Templates
- Ensure instructor qualifications are met, where applicable
- Ensure a plan exists for path to qualification
- Share best practices among other resources
- Attend required meetings
- Track and report training metrics
Business Support:
- Identify and address business training needs by troubleshooting potential training problems, reviewing key gaps/metrics, and coordinating gap closure
- Provide assistance with scheduling and organizing of training courses
- Ensure training documentation requirements are included in functional or training schedules
- Guide teams on usage of Training Tools and Templates
- Ensure instructor qualifications are met, where applicable
- Ensure a plan exists for path to qualification
- Share best practices among other resources
- Attend required meetings

Education:
- Hons Degree in relevant discipline ideally
- Train the Trainer qualification
- Quality Assurance qualification desirable
- Equivalent education or relevant experience may be considered in lieu
Experience:
- 3+ years to 5 years Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Med Device industry experience essential
Key Attributes Required:
- Proficient in MS Office applications and training development
- Familiarity with cGMPs requirements
- Strong organizational skills – ability to handle/prioritise multiple projects and requests
- Experience with Success Factors an advantage
