Job Title

The Training Support Specialist is a crucial role within the Quality Department, responsible for delivering support in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of training content.

This encompasses:

  • Designing, developing, and managing training materials, curricula, and learning plans.
  • Creating and managing training documents in accordance with site Training SOP.
  • Managing curriculum creation, item definition, risk assessments, content creation, learning plans, qualification plans, and individual training history maintenance.
  • Producing reports from Learning Management System and ensuring training compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Train the Trainer and Quality Assurance qualifications.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Med Device industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office applications and training development.
