Content Leadership Role

This is a high-level leadership position focused on driving the development of user-centric content. As part of the Content and Knowledge Chapter team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes through effective design execution and consistent customer-facing content.

  1. The Experience Chapter is a collaborative community of designers, researchers, content writers, and experience strategists unified by shared craft, practices, and standards.
  2. Craft persuasive and action-oriented copy to drive engagement across digital touchpoints.
  3. Incorporate SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability and performance.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure all content remains accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
  5. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging best practices to continuously improve content quality and user impact.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop, write, edit, and proofread long-form content for both customer-facing and employee-facing audiences.
  • Copywriting: Craft compelling narratives to drive engagement across digital channels.
  • Technical Management: Create well-structured, channel-agnostic content that supports future omnichannel and AI-driven experiences.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, design, and editorial teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and broader campaign strategies.
