We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Planning Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation and operation of automated machines across retailers throughout Northern Ireland. They will provide on-site training, collaborate with internal teams, and work closely with third-party partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage the installation of automated machines with third-party agencies across multiple locations.
- Maintain an up-to-date database tracking the location, status, and performance of machines across all sites.
- Communicate installation plans, timelines, and requirements clearly to internal teams, third-party partners, and site managers.
- Provide in-store training on equipment operation and offer troubleshooting support during and after installation.
- Conduct regular quality audits in-store and share insights to support continuous operational improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in planning or coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and third-party partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (cell formatting, formulas, data validation), and experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
