Job Title:

Senior Automation Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior Automation Coordinator to oversee the installation and operation of automated machines across retailers in Northern Ireland.

This role involves coordinating with third-party agencies, providing on-site training, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and optimal consumer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the installation of automated machines across multiple locations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database tracking machine location, status, and performance.
  • Communicate installation plans, timelines, and requirements to internal teams and partners.
  • Provide in-store training on equipment operation and offer troubleshooting support.
  • Conduct quality audits in-store and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee effective stock management, including conducting regular stock checks.
  • Collaborate with store teams to manage daily stock control and support automated ordering systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar automation coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
