Job Title: Strategic Logistics Coordinator

This key role will oversee the installation and operation of automated machines across multiple retailers in Northern Ireland.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the installation process with third-party agencies, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date database tracking machine location, status, and performance metrics.
  • Communicate installation plans and requirements to internal teams and external partners, fostering effective collaboration and coordination.
  • Provide comprehensive training on equipment operation and offer troubleshooting support, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and share insights for operational improvement, driving continuous enhancement and excellence.
Stock Management & Ordering:
  • Oversee effective management of consumables and stock levels, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Ensure store staff are trained in stock control procedures, promoting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with store teams to manage daily stock control and automated ordering systems, streamlining processes and reducing errors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar logistics or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
