
Administrative Support Specialist

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to support the delivery of our programmes through administrative and logistical aspects, as well as events management.
About the Role:
The Programme Coordinator will be instrumental in leading on outreach and onboarding of participants, managing communications, tracking progress. They will also assist with recruitment comms, signups, event-based onboarding, and logistics.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with team leads and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination
- Manage project boards and monitor task progress to meet deadlines
- Coordinate event invites and communications to enhance participant engagement
- Support planning and execution of activities and workshops alongside event coordinator
- Primary lead on venue booking, catering, agenda management, on-site delivery and post-event follow-up
- Interface with external collaborators to foster strong relationships
- Set up and maintain survey systems to gather and analyse participant data
- Create content assets, updates, and branded materials in collaboration with marketing
- Contribute to branded communications, visual assets and logistical materials for events
- Support event and programme budget tracking in line with procurement policies
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with prior experience organising and managing impactful events, strong relationship building skills, exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office packages, excellent communication and project management skills.
