Programme Coordinator Role

Job Overview:

Your new role as Programme Coordinator plays a key part in supporting the delivery of a high-impact entrepreneurship programme.

  1. Recruitment Support: Assisting with outreach, onboarding logistics, and participant communications.
  2. Event Coordination: Leading on venue booking, catering, agenda planning, and on-site delivery.
  3. Project Management: Updating tasks and tracking progress.
  4. Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinating with venue partners, suppliers, and event collaborators.
  5. Content & Creative Support: Preparing materials for sessions and contributing to branded assets.
  6. Survey & Data Collection: Supporting the distribution and collection of participant feedback.
  7. Budgeting & Admin: Tracking expenses and contributing to internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with recruitment activities to identify and engage suitable participants.
  • Coordinating events to ensure seamless execution and excellent participant experience.
  • Managing projects to achieve timely completion and satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Supporting content creation and branding efforts to enhance programme visibility.
  • Contributing to data collection and analysis to inform programme improvement.
  • Ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently to enable programme success.

Requirements And Qualifications:

Desirable qualifications include experience in event planning, project coordination, or programme delivery, as well as a fast-paced environment in an administrative support role. Key skills required include relationship-building, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office packages, excellent communication skills, and exceptional project management skills.
