Head of Private Credit

This is a challenging leadership role responsible for developing and implementing private credit strategies to drive revenue growth across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within private credit, with deep technical expertise in private credit instruments, fund structures, waterfall models, and fee calculations.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of professionals, mentoring and supporting their development, and driving commercial acumen through negotiation and influence.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop, implement and manage private credit strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals, mentoring and supporting their development.
  • Commercial Acumen: Drive commercial acumen through negotiation and influence.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices within the organization.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional client support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience working within private credit.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep technical expertise in private credit instruments, fund structures, waterfall models, and fee calculations.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including ability to lead, mentor and support professional development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercial acumen, influence and negotiating skills.
