Responsibilities:

- To lead and manage a skilled team of professionals in maintaining and processing all lifecycle events for Private Credit.">
- To oversee client deliverables, ensuring adherence to best practices and processes.">
- To develop operational standards and procedures that drive efficiency and effectiveness.">
- To provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.">
- To foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, vendors, loan agents, and relationship managers across a global team.">
- To collaborate with other teams on resource planning and ensure seamless execution of tasks.">
- To ensure timely query resolution and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in alternative funds, with at least 5 years in private credit/loan operations.">
- Four years in a supervisory or management role.">
- Familiarity with portfolio accounting systems.">
- Proficiency in Power BI and Alteryx automation tools.">
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.">
