Commercial Account Executive Job Summary

This role involves managing and developing an established commercial book of business by working closely with the Enterprise Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for client insurance needs, including renewals, alterations, and claims handling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage client insurance needs, including renewals, alterations, and claims handling.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities.
  • Achieve upsell and cross-sell targets through strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all audit requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum APA qualification; working towards CIP qualification.
  • Strong technical and product knowledge.
  • Good personal organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with insurers and clients.
  • Friendly and assertive phone manner.
  • Proficiency in Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
