Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle for candidates in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing existing desks and placing candidates into fantastic positions within the hotel and catering sector
  • Dealing with clients and candidates daily, providing exceptional customer service
  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to secure new opportunities
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify new business prospects
  • Assisting with the growth and development of the team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum three to five years experience in recruitment or a senior position in the hotel industry in management or kitchen
  • A thorough understanding of the current market and trends in the hospitality sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Ambition and a drive to progress your career
  • A passion for sales and a desire to grow the business
