Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

A leading engineering and manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify product quality.
  • Record inspection results, maintain accurate records, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain process/product documentation, including routers, to ensure procedures are accurately observed.
  • Identify and highlight discrepancies found during auditing, including safety, ESD, or housekeeping issues.
  • Support operator certification and collaborate with Production Team Leaders to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communicate quality issues and provide backup for other Quality Assurance Specialists when required.
Requirements:
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible approach with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage time efficiently.
