Public Area Cleaning Position

Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests is crucial to the success of our hotel.

The Role

As a Public Area Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in public areas
  • Ensure that designated back-of-house areas are clean and well-presented
  • Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the relevant department
  • Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure standards are consistently met

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Good communication skills with a good command of English (spoken and written)
  • A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
