Maintenance Technician Job Description
\We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our equipment and systems.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and repair standard equipment and systems components to prevent downtime and minimize costs.\
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Documentation Practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.\
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance procedures to optimize performance and efficiency.\
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance procedures to identify potential issues before they become major problems.\
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to support project implementation and lead actions assigned to the maintenance group.\
- Provide feedback on issues through our electronic management system to drive continuous improvement.\
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.\
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing changes as necessary to drive business results.\
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to meet performance targets and reduce costs.\
- Support training and development programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and opportunities.\
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.\
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.\
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.\
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock holding and minimize waste.\
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities into daily operations.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.\
- Perform other duties as required to support the success of our operations.\
