Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a self-driven professional to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. This role involves effectively installing and maintaining equipment within customers' premises, making a difference every day.
The ideal candidate will be a personable professional who prioritizes delivering exceptional service to customers and colleagues. Based in the field across Ireland, this individual will take pride in undertaking complex installations, servicing, and breakdown calls for coffee machines and other equipment.
- Deliver top-notch customer service through installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring clear communication with customers at all times.
- Perform a wide range of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks, from fault finding to diagnosis, ensuring equipment is left in good working order and customers are briefed on issues.
- Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicles in excellent condition; report any faults or failures to your line manager as required.
- Complete online job sheets, timesheets, and supporting documentation; ensure review and sign-off prior to leaving premises, and upload to the Ops Office as needed.
- Provide agreed spare parts stocks via the Eagle App to ensure parts are invoiced to the customer, deducted from stock, and replenished to maintain vehicle stock inventory.
- Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, raising any risks to management.
