Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to spearhead our enterprise sales efforts. With a strong track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end sales pursuits, identifying new business opportunities, and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

This role requires:

  • Pitching our award-winning SaaS solution to SMEs and Corporate entities, leveraging your expertise to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Delivering on and sustaining a proven track record of selling Fintech applications to SMEs and Corporate entities.
  • Generating deals and revenue by managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Conducting market research and testing use cases within the target market to identify TAM and build strategic go-to-market plans.
  • Building and nurturing a pipeline of referred and new opportunities, systematically driving sales growth.
  • Taking a consultative approach to investigating business needs and uncovering new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Overseeing deal-specific negotiations to ensure opportunities progress against deal targets and remain within budget.
  • Improving how we sell by bringing best practices from your experience.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in SaaS solution sales to SMEs and Corporates.
  • Demonstrated commercial achievements, meeting/exceeding pre-agreed targets.
  • A reputation for rolling up your sleeves and getting results, with drive, passion, and determination to pursue and close new logos.
  • Prior experience leading end-to-end technical solutions, from generating to closing, with the ability to engage C-level executives throughout.
  • Robust sales methodology and execution.
  • Ability to build a book of business within a similar industry.
  • Superb time management, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expert high-impact communication and presentation capabilities.
  • High intellectual and emotional intelligence and innate ability to focus on partner/client needs.
  • A background in prospecting, creating deals from scratch, and closing new business.
  • Credibility at all levels, including C-level, and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer.
  • High professional and personal standards: thorough, organized, and conscientious.
  • Ability to own and drive multiple opportunities, focusing and delivering on multiple short and long-term sales cycles.
  • Creativity, team player mindset, and resilience.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent English, additional languages an advantage.
