We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our manufacturing and testing operations in Longford, Ireland.

About the Role:

  • Leading and managing assigned manufacturing and support functions within Operations;">
  • Ensuring major projects are delivered on time and within budget;">
  • Maintaining product availability and meeting customer requirements for diagnostic reagents;">
  • Driving timely completion of non-conformance investigations and CAPA activities;">
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement in safety, quality, and performance;">
  • Optimizing human resources through effective communication, teamwork, and engagement;">
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP, HR, safety, financial, and quality procedures;">
  • Staying current with technical and manufacturing developments to maintain regulatory compliance;">
  • Managing collaboration between Longford Operations and other sites;">
  • Ensuring quality standards are met for internal and external audits and customer expectations;">
  • Supporting strategic planning and execution of operational changes;">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A relevant third-level qualification (e.g., Engineering, Science, or related discipline);">
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (Medical Device or Diagnostics preferred);">
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in people management and team motivation;">
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;">
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality systems;">
