Role Summary

This role is a leadership opportunity to drive business performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will oversee all departments, setting targets and maintaining performance daily to ensure targets and key performance indicators are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall performance of the dealership and all departments to meet targets and key performance indicators.
  • Set targets, monitor performance daily, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop teams to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction is achieved and monitored daily.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a General Manager or Dealer Principal role within the motor industry.
  • Strong commercial understanding of dealership operations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business targets and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in dealership systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Results-driven and adaptable, with a strategic mindset.
  • Full clean driving licence.
