Technical Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge of our products and services, as well as work closely with our management team and developers to improve product functionality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Develop solutions and utilize standard operating procedures to improve customer satisfaction and create lifelong promoters of our brand
  • Communicate with the management team and developers to improve product functionality and resolve issues
  • Decrease incoming volume by striving toward first contact resolution and proactively onboarding and advising customers on best practices
  • Assist customers with common billing, invoice, and account issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, experience working in a customer-facing role, and a strong ability to problem-solve and think critically.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role
  • Exceptional critical thinking and soft skills
  • Strong aptitude toward various web, e-commerce, and hosting technologies
  • Ability to read or edit within at least one web language (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Flexibility to shift work and occasional overtime in a 24/7 environment
