Residential Construction Site Manager

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Residential Construction Site Manager.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large scale building projects, with a proven track record of supervising labour and sub-contractors.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in a senior construction management position, with a strong background in RC Frame construction.
Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the performance of RC Frame sub-contractor teams
- Coordinating crane operations, deliveries, and logistics on site
- Maintaining accurate records of extra works and variations
- Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations
- Maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized work environment
- Liaising with clients in a professional and courteous manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing large scale building projects
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior construction management position
- Extensive knowledge of RC Frame construction methods and practices
