Job Title: Finishing Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finishing Foreman to join our organization in Leinster. This is a permanent role that offers excellent benefits and long-term career prospects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure on-site health & safety compliance by monitoring site conditions and enforcing regulations.
    • Track and report on programme progress, including Real Time Status (RTS) and Real Time Outcome (RTO) dates.
    • Coordinate subcontractors and commissioning activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Conduct continuous inspections and resolve quality issues to maintain high-quality standards.
    • Manage snagging teams and unit handovers to ensure smooth transitions.
    • Monitor site labour and materials through daily allocation sheets to optimize resource allocation.
    • Own units from post-plaster stage through to final handover, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
    • Engage with internal teams and purchasers to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth process.
    • Provide support on aftercare issues and escalate recurring problems to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • A trade background is preferred but not necessary.
    • Strong attention to detail and quality is essential for maintaining high-quality standards.
    • The ability to meet time and performance targets is crucial for project success.
    • Confident communication and teamwork skills are required to engage with internal teams and purchasers.
    • Organised and self-motivated individuals will thrive in this role, which requires autonomy and initiative.
