**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to lead our large-scale residential development project in Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience managing similar projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery. He/She will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from site preparation to completion, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the project team and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, health and safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience managing large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Full Irish driving license.
  • Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with construction document control systems (e.g. Procore).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong work ethic and team-focused approach.
