Experienced Construction Project Manager Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Working Site Foreman to join our team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong trade background who can both manage and work on the tools.
- Supervise and coordinate all site activities.
- Work on the tools as required, setting the standard for quality.
- Manage subcontractors and direct staff on-site.
- E nsure health & safety compliance at all times.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers.
- Monitor progress, quality, and schedules.
- Solve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman in residential or commercial construction.
- Strong trade background (carpentry, bricklaying, or similar).
- Able to lead by example on the tools.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods and health & safety regulations.
- Able to read and interpret drawings.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Full driving licence required.
