Senior Construction Project Manager

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be required to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Professional certification, such as CCM or PMP
  • Extensive knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
