Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced project manager to join our team as a Finishing Project Manager. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

This is a great opportunity to develop and implement effective strategies to improve project delivery and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage challenging projects and demonstrate capability and experience in dealing with such projects
  • Work closely with other management members within the organisation to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve project delivery and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in managing construction projects from start to finish
  • Experience in managing subcontractors and delivering internal works/facade or groundworks
  • Long-time experience as a carpenter/working foreman or someone experienced in a Foreman/Finishing position

Benefits:

  • Hourly rates: €30-€40 per hour (typically 45-50 hour weeks)
  • Salary: €70,000-€80,000 with vehicle/trip, pension, and additional benefits
