  • Closing new business by addressing customer concerns, generating proposals, and finalizing contracts while updating CRM data.
  • Ensure smooth handover to the delivery team and remain involved during implementation.
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upsell opportunities.
