Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual business plans with key customers that align with internal and external strategies
  • Lead commercial negotiations with a customer-centric approach, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Analyse data sets to create strategic recommendations for enhancing market share and revenue growth
  • Manage promotional activities, including the development of promotional plans and trade spend management
  • Participate in internal planning processes and provide regular reporting on category performance

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in P&L budget responsibility and leadership
  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience in multi-faceted negotiations
  • In-depth understanding of forecast planning principles and their application in sales
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience in category management and working with cross-functional teams
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong relationships
  • Adaptable and resilient, with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
