This is an exceptional chance to take on a senior leadership role in driving strategic relationships with key clients. As the Senior Manager of Strategic Relationships, you will play a pivotal part in fostering business growth and development through effective relationship management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial skill set and financial acumen, enabling them to develop and implement detailed planning and forecasting strategies for short, medium, and long-term growth.

Key responsibilities include ensuring that sales forecasts align with budgets, achieving or exceeding ongoing targets internally and externally, and delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to senior stakeholders.

Strategic thinking and analysis of sales data are crucial skills required for this role, as you will need to understand current and future sales forecasts, taking into account micro and macro environments.

Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for conveying ideas and results to senior stakeholders. Additionally, the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team is vital for ensuring a successful team dynamic.

As a seasoned professional, you will have experience in managing large multi-million-pound accounts, including forecasting, budgeting, and annual plan strategies. You will be responsible for growing and developing the team's skill set and career goals.

Strong relationship management skills are also required, involving day-to-day contacts and senior-level/executive members internally and externally.

Collaboration with the Partner and Risk Manager is necessary to ensure all risks associated with products/suppliers are identified, managed appropriately, and robust controls are in place and regularly tested.
