
Senior Business Development Manager

A strategic thinker is required to lead the development and execution of targeted business development and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving business growth and a proven track record of delivering BD strategies for a practice area or sector team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and the broader marketing team, contributing to client acquisition, raising the firm's market profile, and contributing to long-term growth.
The OpportunityYou will be responsible for leading the development and execution of targeted business development and marketing strategies. This includes managing legal directory submissions, working to improve departmental rankings, and supporting the development of client proposals, pitches, and RFP responses.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or marketing within a professional services environment
- Proven track record of delivering BD strategies for a practice area or sector team
