About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents in our Nursing Homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical advice and support to nursing staff on complex care issues.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures based on current evidence-based practice.
  • Lead and participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Educate and mentor nursing staff through formal and informal teaching sessions, in-service training, and individual support.
  • Act as a role model in the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, residents, and their families.
  • Contribute to the ongoing professional development of the nursing team.
  • Participate in research and service development activities.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Experience in a clinical setting, preferably as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
